Practice Manager

May Balaei is our Practice Manager, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic. She oversees scheduling, equipment, and administrative processes to help ensure the practice runs efficiently.

May is involved in sourcing and maintaining dental equipment and supports ongoing professional development across the team. She works to create a positive and collaborative environment for both staff and patients.

Education:

• Mashhad University of Medical Sciences: Doctorate, Dentistry

Experience:

• Over 38 years of experience in dentistry and practice management.
