Step 2: Examine & get 3D model of your teeth

Next, we will use our 3D scanners and moulds to create a 3D model of your teeth. This helps us to ensure that the Grillz fits perfectly and allows us to make your Grillz dreams come true! Our 3D modelling takes less than a few minutes and will usually be done during your consultation appointment.

Before you leave, we will offer any teeth cleaning that your mouth might need and preparations that your tooth enamel needs to ensure that the Grillz fits perfectly.

Step 3: Using teeth impressions to jewellers make custom Grillz

After we have your scans, we can make teeth impressions. These are done digitally, although we can also take impressions of your teeth with a mould. These impressions are sent to our jewellers, who get to work making your custom Grillz.

Using the material and design you have requested, the Grillz are shaped to fit your teeth perfectly, creating a custom Grillz that will enhance your smile. The Grillz are sent directly to our practice, and we will contact you once they are ready.

Step 4: Trying on Grillz to ensure a good fit

Finally, you will return to the practice to see your Grillz in the flesh and have them fitted! We will show you how to fit your Grillz and walk you through the process, answering any questions you might have. We will ensure they are comfortable and that there is no impact on your speech or mouth function.

Before leaving, we will run you through the proper aftercare for your Grillz and book a return appointment so we can ensure they are functioning properly. Like any other treatment, we would like to see you for regular dental appointments afterwards to ensure your mouth is healthy and you are happy with its function.
